Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event and location of the stage.
Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event
Guests who need accessible seating but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
Companion Seating
One adjacent companion seat may be purchased. Any additional needs please contact Tyler Hensz, Event Manager at 905-438-8881 Ext. 117.
Entrances & Elevators
Both Gate 1 and Gate 2 entrances at the General Motors Centre are accessible. Elevators are conveniently located at Gate 1 and Gate 2.
Fan Services Kiosk
Our Fan Services Kiosk is located on the main concourse behind section 102. Our staff is pleased to respond to all guest enquiries and suggestions.
Services provided include the following: reuniting lost patrons; transportation information; emergency assistance; hearing assistive devices (for some shows); ticket enquiries; collecting and returning lost and found items; storing wheelchairs/strollers and registering guests in case of emergency "Guest Finder."
Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at the Fan Services Kiosk. A credit card number or photo identification is required as a deposit for these items.
Facilities
All washroom facilities at the General Motors Centre are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family services washrooms are located on all levels. Baby change tables are located in the family services washrooms.
Hearing Assistance Devices (Assisted Listening Devices)
Hearing assistance devices are available free of charge at the Fan Services Kiosk for some shows. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit. Arrangements can be made by calling in advance Tyler Hensz, Event Manager (905) 438-8881 Ext. 117 or by visit the Fan Services Kiosk.
Service Animals
All service animals are welcomed at the General Motors Centre. Please notify your ticket seller at time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.
Concessions
All concession stands are at an accessible height.
Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available on various levels of the General Motors Centre, depending on the type of event. Designated areas are as follows: Event Level 000-103, 105; Concourse Level 100-- 101, 108, 109, 110, 113, 115, 120.
All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.
