Exclusive Suite Services and Amenities for Suite Owners

Access & Departure from Suites:
Suite holders have early access through our VIP entrance on the SE side of the building off Bruce St. one (1) hour prior to all Oshawa Generals games. For all other events, access times will vary. Suite guests are permitted to remain in their Suite up thirty (30) minutes after the conclusion of the event.

Adopt-A-Suite Program:
This service has been designed for Suite holders to benefit even when they are unable to attend an event. Should a Suite holder not be using their Suite for any Generals game or other event, they may notify Executive Suite Services and we will do our best to rent the Suite on their behalf.

Donate-A-Suite Program:
Should a suite holder not be using their suite for any event, the may choose to donate their suite to a local charity to enjoy and receive a charitable tax receipt. Once this is approved by the suite holder, your Suites Coordinator will take care of all further arrangements.

Executive Suite "Will Call" Window:
Located at Gate #1 on the West Side of the Ticket Office, Suite holders have access to their very own ticket office. This window is available for Suite holders to pickup, leave or purchase of tickets on event nights. This window is open for all Oshawa Generals home games, and will be open for other events as required.

Oshawa Generals 50/50 Draw:
Tickets to this in-arena raffle are sold throughout General Motors Centre until the end of the second period or half time. During this time Foundation volunteers will visit all Suites to sell raffle tickets. In the third period or fourth quarter the winning ticket is drawn and one lucky fan takes home 50% of the net proceeds of the game's 50/50 ticket sales.

Parking:
Each suite comes with 2 passes for General Motors Centre private parking off Bruce St.

Telephone Services:
Each Suite is equipped with its own direct-dial telephone and has the ability to make outgoing local calls, call other suites, ticket office, staff or the restaurant by dialing the suite number or appropriate extension.
